Siobhan has been a part of the team since its establishment in 2008. In 2012, Siobhan relocated to the Middle East where she spent several years heading up the Commercial division of a leading international Law Firm. In 2015, Siobhan returned to Australia and re-joined the team here at Pathway.

In 2017, Siobhan moved to the Sunshine Coast and established our Coolum Beach office and more recently, our Noosa Heads office.

Siobhan is a highly qualified Lawyer with 16+ years’ experience in the industry. Siobhan’s strengths lie in Wills and Estates where she advises clients in all areas of estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Siobhan is also an experienced Property and Commercial Lawyer and uses her specialist knowledge to guide clients through an array of complex issues.

Gail established Pathway Legal on the Gold Coast in 2008 with a view to providing the time and personal service she felt her loyal clients deserved.

Gail is a highly experienced Lawyer with 24 + years’ experience in the industry, using her commercial background to assist her clients in resolving complex legal issues that arise. Gail also has specialist knowledge in Family Law, Estate Planning, Business and Trusts structuring and Commercial and Retail Leasing. Gail uses her specialist legal skills and wealth of experience to obtain the best outcome for her clients.

Nicole started her career in Family Law over 25 years ago as a paralegal and was admitted as a solicitor in Victoria in 2018 before relocating (with many other sensible people) to practice on the Sunshine Coast in 2021.

Nicole has gained a thorough knowledge of the complexities and sensitivities that are often associated with family law matters and appreciates the very personal aspects connected with relationship breakdown.

Nicole is experienced in negotiating parenting arrangements, property settlements, child support agreements and divorce. She approaches all client disputes with compassion, care and commitment and maintains a conciliatory approach to achieve a respectful and dignified outcome for her clients.

Mandy has been with the firm since its establishment in 2008 but her relationship with Gail and Siobhan precedes the establishment of Pathway. Mandy has been working with Gail since 2002 and is an invaluable member of our team.

Mandy is a highly experienced Paralegal, with extensive experience in all aspects of Conveyancing, Leasing, Mortgage documentation and other Commercial transactions. Mandy also assists Gail with the preparation of Estate documentation and Court documentation.

Mali joined the Pathway Legal team in March 2022 having moved over from another well-known Sunshine Coast firm.

Mali has the day-to-day conduct of residential conveyancing matters and assists clients with their conveyancing needs under the supervision of our Principal Siobhan Allison. She loves the daily challenges that conveyancing brings to the table.

Mirella joined the team in January 2022. She assists our Principal Solicitors and Paralegals with aspects of Estate Planning, Family Law and Conveyancing.

Mirella has several years’ experience working in law firms as a Secretary and Assistant having previously worked for other small to medium firms on the Sunshine Coast prior to joining Pathway Legal.

Having recently joined the Pathway team, Brielle brings with her several years of invaluable experience in the legal industry. Brielle works with our Family Law team, directly assisting Nicole Dawson.

Her dedication, expertise and caring nature are instrumental in supporting our clients through their family law matter and onto the next phase of their lives.

We are thrilled to have Brielle on board.

Jaie has the day-to-day conduct of residential and commercial conveyancing matters including related party and part tenancy transfers.

Jaie works with our Conveyancing Paralegal Mali under the supervision of our Principal Siobhan Allison and works between our Noosa Heads and Coolum Beach offices.

Jaie brings with her invaluable experience in property and commercial law and is highly sought after by numerous referral partners.
